Return Policy

We hope that you love everything that you purchase from Faith Naomi, but understand that some items may need to be returned. We only offer STORE CREDIT. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will email you to notify you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for stolen packages after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to inquire about the package.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items bought on a sale of 30% or higher are considered sale items along with the items in the "Sale Items" tab.
